What are the Meetings Like?

Informative Productive Supportive

• Medical advisors attend meetings and answer questions relating to our meeting topic.
• Guest speakers such as physicians, nutritionists, school administrators and nurses, legislators and advocates etc. present at our meetings to address issues that concern the food allergy community.
• Meetings are warm and friendly. Parents gain insight into food allergy issues and create a support network for themselves. Meetings also include roundtable discussions focusing on solutions to everyday challenges.

How Involved Do I Have To Be?

There is no pressure come to meetings; come as often as you like or need. By coming to the meetings, you can learn more about food allergies and the many resources available to you to assist you in managing them. Meetings also provide you the opportunity to meet other parents who have learned to manage their children's allergies successfully.
